The Central Valley is the home of hardworking people who enjoy the vast and unique opportunities for homeownership. It is going to truly be an experience of honor to represent the California Association of REALTORS® as Region 12, 2026 Chair. I look forward to working with leadership across the Region as we continue to push forward to promote homeownership and protect private property rights and professionalism, industrywide. As Realtor members of the Central Valley, it is important to share our experiences with leadership from Sacramento to D.C. to ensure that homeownership and affordability continue to be part of the Central Valley experience, now and for generations to come.

Statement of Purpose

The purpose of the region shall be to provide representation for member Boards/Associations of REALTOR® on the Region and state level to the California Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. The Region shall be a means of disseminating information from the state and National Associations to the local Boards/Associations as well as a means for bringing feedback to the State and National Associations from the local Boards/Associations. The region shall provide a means of organizing the member local Boards/Associations to support or oppose issues that affect the Region.

Region 12

The six REALTOR® Associations of Region 12 are located in what is referred to as the Central Valley (The Valley), also known as the San Joaquin Valley, California's largest valley area. The Valley is outlined by the Cascade, Sierra Nevada and Tehachapi mountain ranges and covers an area from Shasta on the North to Kern County on the South.
